“Avendo fatto la scelta di usare un parco parole Saami, di fatto ho impiegato un linguaggio ignoto e pertanto incomprensibile a chiunque non lo conosca, di conseguenza, ecco la considerazione metodologica, il mio sforzo pratico e creativo si è orientato nel manipolarla a tutto spiano, la lingua Saami, trattandola come una materia grezza, o concreta direbbe Pierre Schaeffer, per appianarne il più possibile le asperità contundenti, anzi, ho cercato in ogni modo di catturare ed evidenziare quei fonemi, quei grappoli sillabali che potessero rendere quei termini seppur così lontani dal nostro lessico, spendibili nel bel campo in fiore della comunicazione. Perché dannarsi l’anima a creare un nuovo zaum quando lo si ha davanti già pronto all’uso? Tra l’effetto acustico e l’elaborazione elettronica si sviluppa tutta una gamma di piste che ho percorso con piacere estremo, ponendo sempre la voce, la mia voce, in primo piano, potenziata corposamente quanto a volume e a durata nel tentativo di renderla costantemente omogenea e più aderente possibile al titolo del brano che diventa l’indispensabile punto di riferimento per l’ascoltatore.”

“Having made the choice to use a Saami word park, I have effectively employed an unknown language and therefore incomprehensible to anyone who does not know it. Consequently, here is the methodological consideration: my practical, creative effort has been directed towards manipulating it thoroughly, the Saami language I mean, treating it as a raw material, or concrete as Pierre Schaeffer would say, in order to smooth out its most striking roughness. Indeed, I have tried in every way to capture and highlight those phonemes, those syllabic clusters that could render those terms, even if so distant from our lexicon, usable in the beautiful blooming field of communication. Why torment the soul to create a new zaum when it is already ready for use in front of myself? Between the acoustic effect and the electronic processing, a whole range of tracks is being developed, tracks that I have pursued with extreme pleasure, always placing the voice, my own voice, in the foreground, significantly enhanced in volume and duration in an attempt to make it constantly homogeneous and as closely aligned as possible with the title of the piece, which becomes the indispensable reference point for the listener.“
